This is a common occurrence with our translators. The best thing to do when multiple community members want to be involved in the same initiative is to introduce them to one another and have them hold their discussions in the forums. If at all possible, appoint the most capable community member (as well as yourself) as moderator of their forum so that there is a leader for the effort.
